Sometimes my emotions take over my entire body. I can't think straight, it feels like the end of the world, and then I start judging myself for feeling that way. But my therapist said I can co-exist with my emotions. I don't have to let them destroy me. I can try to name how I'm feeling, why I'm feeling that way, and then figure out how I'm going to deal with that emotion.

The word 'observe' is embroidered on the left wrist to help you stay grounded and to serve as a reminder that thoughts are something you have, not something you are.
