My therapist said that happiness comes from within. Somewhere, deep inside you, there is a core you that is able to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgement- the you that contains your inner wisdom and strength. When you tell yourself that you feel sad, or that you're a failure, or any other number of negative thoughts, your brain is going to listen to that and respond accordingly. But your core will always be there, observing. Your core can decide whether you start thinking positively about yourself (I know- it's hard!). Your body will thank you for it.
The word 'observe' is embroidered on the left wrist to help you stay grounded and to serve as a reminder that thoughts are something you have, not something you are.
Jill has a 44" chest circumference and is wearing an XL for a looser fit.

Super soft material. The embroidered lettering and vibrant colors are gorgeous. 'Observe' is embroidered on the left sleeve and is super cute! The ribbed bottom band stretches, which is great and can be folded under to create a blouse effect. I'm very happy with my purchase. I love this sweatshirt so much that I'll be purchasing the hoodie in the future.
